Wise Security Global strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of personal data. This document constitutes our “Privacy Policy” and describes how we use the personal data we collect and receive about you.

This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and with the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDDD”).

1. Data controller

We inform you that the personal data we process about you will be included in a Processing Register under the responsibility of WISE SECURITY GLOBAL S.L. with Tax Identification Number B-95732087 (hereinafter, “WSG“) with registered office at Alameda Recalde 34, 2º izq, Bilbao, 48009, BIZKAIA and whose e-mail address is dpo@wsg127.com.

2. Types of personal data we can process

The data that WSG may process, by way of example, are listed below:

Identifying or contact data such as, for example, full name, telephone number or e-mail address or your image, if applicable.

Browsing data such as cookies, pixels or other trackers through the sending of emails or from our websites through the interactions you make.

Behavioural data such as enquiries you make through the website or interactions that are collected as a result of measuring the effectiveness of the sending of marketing communications.

Financial or fiscal data when contracting products or services with WSG.

Where appropriate, identification data for access through your professional account to WSG platforms or systems, which may include interaction data, diagnostic data, content of communications or files associated with the professional relationship you have with WSG, whether you are a collaborator or a third party.

In the event that you provide us with personal data of third parties, you guarantee that you have obtained their authorisation to provide us with their data in accordance with the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.

Where the processing involves special conditions, specific information on the processing and its purpose will be provided, with such conditions taking precedence over this Privacy Policy.

3. Purposes of processing

The personal data collected will be processed by WSG for the following purposes and on the following bases of legitimacy:

Manage the relationship with the User and respond to requests, doubts, proposals and complaints that users send through contact forms or other means, the processing of which is based on their consent.

To manage the request for information about WSG products or services and their distribution, the processing of which is based on your consent.

To receive and evaluate CVs or information on the professional experience of candidates and, where appropriate, to include them in personnel selection processes through our website www.careers.wsg127.com, the processing of whose data will be based on the consent given by the candidate.

Send newsletters or commercial communications related to your interests, and may use specific technologies for this purpose in order to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns carried out by WSG. For this purpose, technologies such as cookies and trackers may be used to track the campaigns or emails sent, as well as to analyse user activity on our websites or, where appropriate, applications. Through this technology we will be able to build profiles about our customers in order to offer them products and/or services tailored to their needs.

Such processing will be based on your consent, which you may give prior to the sending of communications or installation of such technologies or, if there is a prior contractual relationship, we may send you commercial communications in accordance with your interests about products or services similar to those contracted.

Manage, if possible, the registration of the user account necessary for the acquisition of or access to WSG products, the processing of which will be based on the contractual relationship that is generated.

Manage, in the event that subscriptions exist, the sending of information to which you have subscribed, the processing of which will be based on your consent.

Administer, manage and control the account of suppliers or collaborators accessing the WSG platform in the cloud, whose treatment would be based on the existing contract between both parties. You can access the applicable Terms of Use within the platform managed by WSG.

To monitor access to our premises by means of video surveillance systems to safeguard WSG’s property, persons and premises, in compliance with the contractual relationship between you and us or in the public interest if you do not have a contractual relationship with WSG.

Manage the relationship with our customers and/or suppliers, whose treatment will be based in the case of having a previous contractual relationship in the execution of the contract and in the case of being a potential customer or supplier in their consent.

In relation to data processing based on consent, the user may revoke his consent at any time and free of charge, although this shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing previously carried out.

4. Obligation to provide data

WSG will process the data requested in the contact forms and, where appropriate, registration forms, as well as those that the user provides voluntarily.

On the forms provided on our websites, you will be able to identify the data that must be filled in. In the event that the user does not provide the data marked as obligatory, WSG will not be able to process the request.

5. Data retention

Our data retention policies comply with all current and applicable privacy legislation. They set out how long we are permitted to retain the different types of data we hold and are reviewed on a regular basis.

In any case, the data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for the legally established time as long as you do not request the revocation of your consent, unsubscribe from a service or object to the processing, such as, for example, for the sending of commercial communications.

6. Minors

In the event that some of our services are specifically aimed at minors, WSG will request the consent of parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of data.

7. Data communication

WSG does not transfer or communicate your data to third parties unless it is stipulated in a contract that binds the parties and through which the consent of the interested party has been obtained or is required by law, such as, for example, to Courts and Tribunals, Public Administrations, etc.

On the other hand, your data may be processed by suppliers who provide us with certain services. At all times, WSG will ensure that the third parties with whom it contracts allow it to comply with the applicable regulations and, in no case, will process them for purposes or instructions other than those indicated by WSG.

8. International transfers

We may transfer your personal data to other countries. Countries in the European Economic Area are considered to offer the same level of protection of personal data as in Spain.

Where we transfer personal data or exchange personal data with third parties outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that we and the persons or companies to whom we transfer personal data take appropriate protection measures in accordance with existing data protection legislation, in particular through the use of standard contractual clauses or other appropriate mechanisms.

9. Rights of the data subjets

You may send your queries and exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, portability and opposition of your data by sending an e-mail to the address dpo@wsg127.com , or by ordinary mail addressed to WSG, Ref. To exercise these rights, you must prove your identity to WSG by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or any other valid means to corroborate your identity.

Likewise, if the user considers that WSG has infringed any of the rights conferred on him/her by the applicable data protection regulations, he/she may lodge a complaint with the Basque Data Protection Agency or any other supervisory authority competent in the matter.

Sending commercial communications

As stated above, we may send you marketing communications about products, special offers or services which we think may be of interest to you. We will usually send direct marketing by email if we have your email address, but we may contact you by other means if you have consented to us using such means.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing services from us, we offer you easy ways to do so. When you receive communications you will be informed that you can unsubscribe by giving you the option to “unsubscribe” from any marketing communications we send you by email.

10. Security measures

WSG will at all times treat user data confidentially in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data and to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft thereof, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

Where appropriate, and to the best of our ability, we will use encryption or other security measures to protect your personal data. We also periodically review our security procedures to take into account the introduction of new technology or other more current methods.

11. User liability

The user:

You guarantee that you are over 14 years of age and that the data you provide to WSG are true, accurate, complete and up to date. For these purposes, the user is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided suitably updated, so that it corresponds to their real situation.

You guarantee that, in the event that you provide third party information, you have informed them of the aspects contained in this document. You also guarantee that you have obtained their express authorisation to provide their data to WSG for the aforementioned purposes.

You shall be liable for any false or inaccurate information you provide through the Website and for any damages, direct or indirect, caused to WSG or to third parties.

Users are solely responsible for the veracity and updating of the data provided, exonerating WSG from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the contact form or, where appropriate, in the registration or subscription form. WSG is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, nor does it assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information. WSG reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information. WSG is exonerated from liability for any damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by WSG, provided that it comes from sources outside WSG.

12. Acceptance and consent

The user declares to have been informed of the present conditions, accepting and consenting to the processing of the same by WSG in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the present Policy.

As we have already informed you, we may use cookies when you browse the WSG websites. In any case, the user has the possibility to configure the browser in such a way as to prevent the installation of these files. These particular conditions may be modified to adapt to new regulatory requirements and users are advised to check back regularly.
